IN THE COURT OF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE 1 st CLASS , BETTIAH, WEST CHAMPARAN Sikta PS Case No.
101/2022 CIS Registration No- CRI 2911/2023 GR No.- 2939/2022 24.03.2025 Today the case record was presented before this court.
From perusal of the record, it appears that the case was registered under section 406, 420, 387, 120(B)/34 of I.P.C. against four accused persons namely 1.
Shekh Ansarul, 2.
Mehrun Nesha, 3.
Safdar Ali, 4.
Shekh Nesharul.
After investigation, the police has submitted final Report as final form with case diary showing case as ‘lack of evidence’.
Notice has been issued to the informant.
Inspite of service of notice the informant has not appeared before the court.
It seems that informant is not interested in pursuing the case.
No protest petition has been filed by the informant.
Since, no protest pedtition has been filed by the informant.
Accordingly, the final form submitted by the IO is accepted.
The case is converted to complaint case.
