Learned counsel for complainant present and PF paid.
On perusal of entire file it appears, earlier occasions this court issued summons repeatedly to the accused and same was returned for the reason, accused not residing in the given address and seeking assistance of complainant to serve the summons.
Despite that the complainant neither furnish fresh address nor assist to the jurisdictional Police to serve the summons against accused.
Today also the complainant furnished process memo to the same address where accused is not residing.
More over this case pertains to year 2023 and no progress is forthcoming.
Therefore, the complainant is not interested to prosecute the complaint either furnishing correct address of the accused or assist to the jurisdictional police to serve the summons.
Hence, complaint is dismissed for not taking proper steps.
