IN THE COURT OF THE II ADDL.CIVIL JUDGE & JMFC, DAVANAGERE Considered before National Lokadalath Accused is absent.
Spl.Summons duly served.
Advocate has filed vakalath for the accused.
The learned counsel for the accused submits he pleads guilty on behalf of the accused.
The offence alleged against the accused is a petty offence and hence acting U/s 253(2) of CrPC permission is accorded.
Thereby the plea of counsel is recorded on behalf of accused and explained , the counsel for the accused admits the guilt on behalf of accused for the offence punishable U/s 94 of KP Act.
Hence, the following: ORDER Accused is convicted for the offence punishable U/s 94 of KP Act and he is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.
20/ in I/D of payment of fine he shall be undergone simple imprisonment for 1 day.
