Accused present.
The learned counsel for accused present and filed Memo of appearance and also filed application U/s 252 of Cr.P.C., and submitted that accused is ready to admit guilty.

The substance of accusation is read over and explained to the accused in language known to him.
Accused pleaded guilty.
Satisfied that the plea of accused is voluntary.
Hence I proceed to pass the following.
ORDER Acting U/S.252 of Cr.P.C., the accused is convicted for the offence punishable U/Sec.27(b) of NDPS Act.
He shall pay fine of Rs.
7,000/-.
In default of payment of fine amount, accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months.
