Abburi Ramachandram, S/o Late Satyam, Hindu, Male, Cultivation, 60 years, Pothavaram, Nallajerla Mandal. …Defendants This is a suit filed by the plaintiff against the defendants to grant permanent injunction against the defendants, their men, agents, successors in the tile, representatives and assigns from ever interfering with the plaintiffs lawful right and enjoyment of plaint schedule property and also not to cause obstruction to the plaintiff to drawn the water as per 1/3 undivided share from 5 HP motor and bore well under service connection No.2172 which is situated land of the 1st defendant to the plaint schedule property through pipe line which is shown in the plaint plan, and for costs of the suit.

This suit is coming on this day before me in the presence of Sri K.

Siva Rama Krishna, Advocate for Plaintiff and Sri Dasari Akanth, Advocate for D1 and D2 remained exparte, after having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court delivered the following: O R D E R Both the plaintiff and D1 and D2 present.

Plaintiffs counsel also present.

Plaintiff filed a memo stating that after filing the above suit, plaintiff and defendants compromised before elders, as per terms and conditions of the compromise.

Hence, plaintiff intends to not press the suit.

Notice of memo is given to other side advocate.

Memo is recorded.

In view of said memo, the said suit is dismissed without costs as not pressed.
