Learned counsel for the decree holder suffered a statement to the effect that due to some technical reasons, he does not want to proceed with the present execution application for the time being reserving right to file the fresh one, if so required.
He has further stated that certified copy of award may please be returned.
He has further stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present execution application.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
The certified copy of award is ordered to be returned to the DH against proper receipt and identification after retaining on record copy of the same.
File be consigned to the Record Room.
