Misc: 483/2023 Case called out before Lok Adalath.
After conciliation both the parties have filed joint memo stating that the respondent has no objection to enter the date of birth of the petitioner in the Birth register maintained by them.
Perused the contents of the memo and the materials available on record.
There is no legal impediment to accept the joint memo.
Hence, pass the following: ORDER The petitioner filed U/Sec.
13(3) of Birth and Death Registration Act by the petitioner is hereby allowed.
The Respondent is directed to enter the date of birth of the petitioner by name Sudeep, S/o Gavisiddappa Revanaki as on 25/03/2013 at Naregal village, Gajendragad Taluk, in the register of Birth maintained in office of the respondent and issue birth certificate accordingly.
