KATK630016882023 CC 1427/2023 Accused present, copy of charge sheet and the documents along with it has been furnished to the accused person.
After going through the prosecution papers accused person submit that he want to plead guilty the consequence of the pleading guilty are explained to the accused.
But, still the accused person submits that he want to plead guilty.
