Accused No.2 expressed that he is ready to plead guilty.
The consequences of pleading guilty are explained to the accused No.1, still he is ready to plead guilty.
Hence, it appears that, accused No.1 is pleading guilty voluntarily out of his own Volition.
Accusation read over and explained to him in view of agreed plead guilty.
Accused No.2 pleaded guilty and his statement looking to be voluntary one.
Hence, I proceed to pass the following; ORDER Acting U/s 252 of Cr.P.C., accused No.1 is convicted for the offence punishable U/s 196 of IMV Act and sentence to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/ and in default, Simple Imprisonment for a period of 1 month.
Office is hereby directed to take total fine amount of Rs.5,000/ from the accused.
The properties seized item No.2 in PR.No.64/2023, dated:16112023 are worth less, same shall be destroy, item no.3 & 4 shall be sold and sale proceeds be confiscated to the state.
