15(c) Kerala Abkari Act.

The accused is Present.

Accused pleaded guilty to the charge framed for the above said offence, I am satisfied that the plea is made voluntary.

Hence the plea of the accused is accepted.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that the following sentence shall meet the ends of the justice.

In the result, accused is convicted for the offence punishable under section 15(c) r/w Kerala Abkari Act, 1969 and accused is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.500/- .

In case of the default of the Accused in paying the said fine amount, Accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for 10 Days .The properties produced in this case, if any, shall be disposed of as per law.
