ORDER BELOW EXH.
1 IN R.C.S.No.237/2023 (Ratnamala Ramchandra Shinde, etc Vs.
Tulshiram Dashrath Shinde, etc ) (MHST-1400-2077-2023) This suit is filed by the plaintiff against the defendant for partition.
Plaintiffs and Ld.
Advocate as well as defendants Advocate were present before the court.
They have filed a compromise pursis at Exh.36, in which they have submitted that they do not wants to proceed further with this matter as their matter is amicably settled and they wants to draw compromise decree according to the pursis Exh.36.
The contents and signatures of pursis below Exh.36 were admitted by the plaintiffs and the defendants verified contents of pursis.
In view of Exh.36 following order is passed.
ORDER 1.
In view of compromise pursis Exh.36 this suit is disposed off as compromise by the plaintiffs and the defendants as per order.
