ORDER BELOW EXH.NO.1 Perused the record.
It appears that considering the date of commission of alleged offence and punishment provided for the same, it appears that the matter is filed after lapse of period of limitation as prescribed under section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Thus, considering the same, cognizance of the matter cannot be taken as it is barred by law of limitation.
Further, no application for condonation of delay is filed on behalf of the police station.
In this backdrop, I proceed to pass following order.
