Inspite of explaining him the consequences of pleading guilty he voluntarily pleaded guilty.

I heard the accused on the point of sentence.

He submitted that it is first offence and he will not commit any offence hereinafter.

Considering the nature of the offence and it is first offence of accused, I proceed to pass the following order : ORDER The accused is hereby convicted vide section 252 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable u/s.

185 of Motor Vehicle Act.

He is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1000/-(Rs.One thousand only). and only).

In default to pay fine the accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for period of 20 days.
