Heard the ld. counsel for the applicant, who submitted that a proposal for love was given by the opponent No.2, whereas the opponent Nos.1, 3 and 4 used to tease the victim in the name of the opponent No.2.
The victim was also being called as “the item of the opponent No.2”.
An intimidation to make certain chats viral and an incident of beating also took place.

Perused the application.
The recitals contained therein do not prima facie attract the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, due to which the applicant should not have approached this Court.
He should have approached the Court of Magistrate.
Thus, the application is hereby rejected, with the liberty to the applicant to approach before the Court of Magistrate.
