1007/2023 Perused the application and the affidavit in support thereof.

Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant.

The application discloses allegations of commission of offences prima facie punishable under Sections 427, 441, 323, 504, 506, 341 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The application and documents in support thereof show that the applicant has exhausted remedies under Section 154(1) and 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, before filing this application.

The allegations are such that they warrant detail investigation and collection of evidence by the police.

Resultantly, I pass the following order.

ORDER 1.

The Officer–in–charge of Adgaon Police Station is directed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to register F.I.R. and to conduct investigation in the matter, as per provisions of law.

2.

He is further directed to submit final report within two months from the receipt of this order.

3.

The original application be retained in the Court, and copy of the application and this order be sent to P.S.O., Adgaon Police Station.

4.

This application is hereby disposed of as the matter is likely to return in the form of police report u/s 173 Cr.P.C.
