MH­24­V­2212 in public place and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 283 of Indian Penal Code.

04 FINAL ORDER (Passed on 03rd day of March, 2024) A special summons was issued against the accused under Section 206 of Cr.P.C. in view of keeping plead guilty cases in Lok Adalat dtd.

03.03.2024.

The accused filed application vide Exh.

3 and submitted that he voluntarily wishes to plead guilty and he has sent the fine amount of Rs.

100/­ through Police Constable Umesh Paturde under sec.

206 of Cr.P.C. which is imposed upon him.

I have carefully gone through the charge­sheet, written plea of guilt of the accused inabsentia, his I.D. the service report/authority of transmitting fine amount by police.

It appears that, accused was found causing obstruction to traffic by parking his Vehicle in public place.

Therefore, he is prosecuted in the present matter.

The plea of guilt of accused appears to be voluntarily as it is as per the procedure as prescribed in 206 of Cr.P.C. of Cr.P.C. and the offence is petty and plea of guilty may be accepted in absence of the accused through authorized person if the accused submits written plea of guilt which has been done in the case.

Hence, considering the nature of offence and written submission of the accused and willingness to pay fine through authorized person, the following order is passed.

O R D E R.

04 1] The accused Ravindra Santoshrao Dhoke Aged­57 yrs.

Jaysimg le Aaut Katol, Tah.­Katol, District­Nagpur. is convicted under Section 206 R/w 260 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable under Section 283 of IPC and is sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.100/­ (Rs.

One Hundred only) and in default to suffer S.I. (Simple Imprisonment) for Seven Days.

2] Matter is accordingly disposed off.
