ORDER ON EXH.
1 (Delivered On 09/09/2023) The accused was informed about legal service.
On interrogation of accused he has informed about legal aid to appoint an advocate but he flatly refused to accept the same.
He pleaded guilty and submitted that he is from poor family and his old parents are depending upon him.
He further submitted that lenient view be taken.
On the contrary Learned APP submitted that maximum punishment be impose.
After considering the submission of both the sides and the nature of offence and age of the accused in the interest of justice I proceed to pass the following order. ing order.
O R D E R Accused has voluntarily pleaded guilty it is the first offence of accused.
He is from poor family.
Hence, accused is hereby convicted for the offense punishable under section 283 of IPC vide Section 252 of Cr.
P.
C. and sentence to pay a fine of Rs.
200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) in default to pay a fine the accused shall suffer simple imprisonment of one day.
