The suit is disposed of vide Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure in terms of compromise pursis at Exh.8 and compromise memo at Exh.9.

Compromise pursis at Exh.8 shall be part of decree.

Court fee be refunded as per rules.

Both parties to bear their costs.

Decree be drawn up accordingly.
