Perused the record.
Accused is absent since long.
Summons were issued against the accused from time to time.
All these repeatedly efforts did not secure the presence of the accused.
Due to non service of summons recourse to coercive measures could not be taken.
This case i pending without any progress since filing of charge sheet.
Since the possibility of the case proceeding in near future appears scarce, no purpose would be served to keep such a case pending indefinitely.
Muddemal, if any, be destroyed as per rules.
Therefore, this is a fit case for take recourse under section 258 of Cr.P.C.
Hence, I pass following order : Order 1.
The proceeding of this case is stopped under section 258 of Cr.P.C.

The accused is hereby discharged of the offences punishable under Section 184 C of Motor Vehicles Act.
3.
Bail bonds of accused, if any, stand cancelled.
4.
Muddemal, if any, be disposed of as per rules.

The case is disposed of accordingly.
