Anil Ramesh Salunkhe CNR No.MHJG1300 1633 2023 ORDER (Below Exh.
1) Today the complainant is present before the Panel of Lok-adalat alongwith his learned advocate.
The complainant filed Pursis (Exh.4) stating that the complainant bank has obtained disputed cheque's whole amount from the accused and thus the dispute with the accused is over.
Therefore, complainant does not want to proceed with this complaint.
The Pursis (Exh.4) is countersigned by learned advocate of the complainant and the the complainant admitted contents of the Pursis orally as well.
Hence, I pass following order : - Order 1) In view of Memo/Pursis (Exh.4) this complaint hereby stands disposed of as withdrawn.
2) Accused stands acquitted of the offence punishable under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
3) Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rule.
4) Pursis (Exh.4) shall be kept with Exh.1.
