380/2023 Suman ­Vs­ Nil CNR NO:­MHAM070014532023 Order below Exh.1 (Passed on this 02 nd November, 2023) This is the application filed by applicant for grant of Legal Heir Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation Act, 1827.

According to applicant, her father namely Fakiraji Baliramji Wanjare, died on 30/07/1996, at Dahigaon Recha, Tq.

Anjangaon Surji, Dist.

Amravati.

Following persons are legal heirs of the above deceased.

Except them, there are no legal heirs of the deceased.

She needs Legal Heir Certificate for government and other purpose.

Hence, she prayed for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate.

In spite of issuance of notice, nobody has raised any objection.

Accordingly, to substantiate claim of applicant, she reiterated therein the contents of application Exh.

01.

In support of her oral version, she has placed reliance on following documents­ original copies of death certificate of deceased persons at Exh.

09, verified copies of Aadhar cards at Exh.

10 to Exh 12, Exh.

16 and Exh.

17 and notice published in Daily Newspaper "Dainik Mangal Prahar " dated 25.08.2023 at Exh.

Applicant reiterated therein the contents of application Exh.1.

380/2023 Suman ­Vs­ Nil She has proved death certificate of deceased and also Aadhaar cards.

The testimony of applicant and documents referred above corroborates contents of application.

The documentary evidence supported the oral testimony of applicant.

Hence, it appears that applicant and above mentioned persons are legal heirs of deceased and they are entitled for legal heir certificate. rtificate.

Thus, there is no impediment in granting Legal Heir Certificate in favour of above mentioned persons.

Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.

O R D E R 1.

Application is allowed.

Issue Legal Heir Certificate in favour of above mentioned persons as legal heirs of deceased Fakiraji Baliramji Wanjare.

This certificate shall not be valid for mutation of any immovable or movable property.
