This is a case charge sheeted by the Sub Inspector of Police, 1288/2023 - Pothenkodu Police Station against the accused alleging commission of offences punishable U/ss.

IPC 279, MOTOR VEHICLE ACT 1988 (AMENDMENT 2015,2019) 1,146,196 2.

The accused appeared before the court on process.
