Guilty Guilty the sheeted by Sub Inspector of Police Station Crime No.68..J20.22, dgdnst the accused, of the offence punishable under section 15(c) of Kerala Abkari Act.
Accused is convicted and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.
1000/- for offence punishable under section 15(c) of Kerala Abkari Act and in default of payment of fine accused is sentenced to simple imprisonment for 15 days.
JUDGMENT 2.
Accused present.
Copies of all the relevant documents were furnished to him.
After hearing both sides, charge us 15(c) of Kerala Abkari Act was framed and the same was read over and explaiieu to him, to which, he pleaded guilty.
I am satisfied that the plea is made voluntanly and the same is accepted.
Accused is found guilty of offences punishable under Section 15(c) of Kerala Abkari Act.

Prosecution and accused were heard on question of sentence.
Accused prayed to take lenient view while imposing punishment.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that imposing fine the accused would meet the end of justice.
