JUDGMENT This is a case charge sheeted by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kasaba Police Station in Crime No.

618/2023, against the accused, of the offences punishable under sections 118(a) of Kerala Police Act.

Copies of all the relevant documents was furnished to him.

After hearing both sides, charge u/s.

118(a) of Kerala Police Act was framed and the same was read over and explained to him, to which, he pleaded guilty on behalf of accused.

I am satisfied that the plea is made voluntarily and the same is accepted.

2 Accused is found guilty of offence punishable under Section 118(a) of Kerala Police Act.

Prosecution and accused were heard on question of sentence.

Counsel prayed to take lenient view while imposing punishment.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am satisfied that imposing fine on the accused would meet the end of justice.

Accused is convicted and sentenced to pay fine of Rs.
