Order : Accused is sentenced to fined for the above said offences.
In default of payment of fine, accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for 5 days.
This case having been heard today, the court passed the following:- J U D G M E N T 1.
This is a case charge sheeted by the Sub Inspector of Police, 1286/2023 - Pothenkodu Police Station against the accused alleging commission of offences punishable U/ss.
