Offence : U/s.
15(c) r/w 63 of Abkari Act JUDGMENT 1.
This case is charge sheeted by the Excise Inspector, Excise Range Office, Perumbavoor alleging that the accused had committed offences punishable under Section 15(c) r/w 63 of Abkari Act.

Accused appeared.
Copies of records relied on by the prosecution were furnished.
The particulars of offence was read over and explained to the accused, to which he pleaded guilty.
Plea made by the accused is voluntarily.
Hence it is accepted.
Accused is found guilty.
The benevolent provisions of Probation of Offenders Act is not applicable to the facts of this case.
Accused is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.500/- for the offence u/s 15(c) r/w 63 of Abkari Act.
In default of payment of fine amount accused shall undergo simple imprisonment for 5 days.
