Under the powers conferred upon this court, the accused is convicted for the offence punishable u/s 78(C) of KP Act and are sentenced to pay fine of Rs.300/-.
In default accused shall undergo S.I for a period of 3 days.
The item No.1 i.e., cash of Rs.1200/- seized under PF No.193/2023 dt 29-07-2023 is ordered to be confiscated to state after appeal period is over.
Further item No.2 and 3 properties i.e., one led pen and matka Chit seized under PF No.193/2023 dt 29-07-2023 is ordered to be destroyed after appeal period is over.
In view of payment of fine amount by the accused, the case stands disposed off.
