The petitioner present.
The learned counsel for petitioner and respondent No.2 present.
The petitioner and respondent No.2 have filed a joint memo reporting that they have compromised the case.
The joint memo is duly signed by both the parties and their counsel.
As per the joint memo filed by both the parties, they have agreed to settle the claim petition for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) as full and final settlement compensation.
The joint memo is in accordance with law.
On perusal of the records, the compensation agreed by the parties appears to be just and reasonable.
Hence, the joint memo filed by petitioner and Respondent No.2 is hereby accepted and proceeded to pass the following- ORDER The Respondent No.2 shall deposit the sum of Rs.
5,00,000 /- with in 2 months from the date of this order, failing which the compensation amount shall carry interest at the rate of 6 percent p.a. from the date of order, till the realization of the entire compensation amount.
The joint memo shall be part and parcel of the award.
Considering the quantum of amount it is ordered to release the entire amount to the petitioner on proper identification through E- payment.
Draw award accordingly.
