Sri.TM Advocate filed vakalath along with application under section 253 Cr.P.C along with affidavit and submits that accused is ready to plead guilty of the offence alleged against him U/sec.27(b) of NDPS Act.
Charge sheet copy supplied to the advocate for accused person.
The consequences of pleading guilty is clearly explained to the accused.
He understood the plea and voluntary pleaded guilty.
Hence the same is accepted.
Accordingly this court proceed to pass the following.
ORDER Acting U/sec.252 of Cr.P.C accused is convicted for the offence punishable U/sec.
27(b) of NDPS Act.
Accused is sentence to pay fine of Rs.4000/ for the offence punishable U/sec.27(b) of NDPS Act.
In default of payment of fine accused shall undergo SI for 1 month.
Total fine Amount of Rs.4,000/ MMTC1
