The accused (who is identified by the Concerned court PC) has expressed his desire to close case by admitting his guilt and accordingly filed an application U/Sec.
252 of Cr.P.C.
In the said requisition the accused through his counsel Sri.JT Advocate files vakalath has pleaded his guilt for the offences alleged.
We are of the opinion that, the said plea of the accused appears to be voluntary, genuine and lawful.
Hence, sent back the case records along with the written plea of the accused to the concerned court for passing necessary order.
Perused and the plea of the accused through his counsel is accepted.

252 of Cr.P.C accused is hereby convicted for the offences punishable U/Sec.
6, 7(1)(2)(3), 20(2), 24 of COTPA Act and sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.500/ in default, the accused shall under go simple imprisonment for 15 days.
Case against accused is closed.
Office is directed to collect and remit the fine amount.
Properties if any shown in PF should be destroyed after expiry of appeal period.
