The alleged offence is punishable U/sec.381, 411 of IPC is compoundable without the permission of the court by the Victim/Complainant.
CW1 is the complainant Victim, he is ready to compound the case.
Therefore, I found no reason to deny permission to compound the case.
Permission accorded to compounded the case.
Therefore, the application is allowed.
In the result I proceed to pass the following : ORDER Offence alleged against the accused No 1 to 3 are compounded acting U/sec.320 of Cr.P.C, the accused No.1 to 3 are Acquitted of the offence punishable U/sec.381, 411 of IPC.
Bail bond of the Accused no.
1 to 3 are and surety bonds shall stands cancelled.
Accordingly, case is disposed off.
