Acting U/Sec.235(1) of CR.P.C, 2003 accused is acquitted for the offence punishable U/Sec.135(1)(a) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Acting U/s.

152(2) of Electricity Act 2003, Accused set at liberty.

Case is closed in terms of compromise.
