CNR NO: JKSG-0302-4171-2023 File NO: 24092/2023 Date of Inst: 03.08.2023 Date of Order: 14.08.2023 IN THE CASE OF: Mohammad Yousuf Dharma S/o Abdul Gaffar Dharma R/o Bishambar Nagar Padshahibagh Srinagar ..Applicant Adv.

Ishtiyaq Ahmad Khan & Associates.

Versus… Meema D/o Noor Mohammad Kawa R/o Ganpatyar Habakadal Srinagar …non-applicant __________________________ IN THE MATTER OF: Application seeking consolidation of cases pending against the applicant in various courts filed by the non-applicant and also filed by the police/state against the applicant on the basis of the complaint of the non-applicant CORAM: Raja Mohammad Tasleem.

JO Code:- JK-00117.

O R D E R The applicant has urged in this transfer application that parties have settled their dispute in Lok Adalat wherein it is agreed that all the pending cases shall be withdrawn from the courts of which details have been furnished in this application.

As far as matter figuring at S.

No.

1 in this application is concerned that is pending disposal before the Ld.

Family Court, Mohammad Yousuf Dharma V/S Meema Page 2 of 2 hence this Court being subordinate in hierarchy cannot pass any order in that matter.

Further with regard to rest of the matter figuring at S.

2 to 4 the applicant can produce the settlement if any arrived at, before the said courts who are within their authority to pass appropriate orders in the light of settlement if arrived at.

In my opinion consolidation of matters shall not serve any purpose as the nature of matters have not been shown in the application.

Further it has been prayed that all the matters may be consolidated before this Court so that a composite order is passed. is passed.

This question has partly been answered hereinabove and further this Court is already over burdened hence cannot accumulate further cases which in my opinion has no any legal force.

Therefore keeping into account above observation, application seems to be devoid of any merit which deserves to be rejected.

Hence rejected.

The application is accordingly decided and shall go to records after due completion.
