The learned APP has presented the report which has been submitted by SHO Police Station Batmaloo, Srinagar, wherein it has been stated that till date there is no case against the accused mentioned herein above before the Police Station.

As the accused is not involved in any offence, thus no purpose will be served to keep the present bail application pending.

The present application is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
