At this stage, a joint application for compounding the offences herein has been moved today by the complainant Case No.: Challan Case/478/2023 Page 2 of 3 PW1 Makhna Devi and the accused that that they have entered into compromise and they have settled the present matter under sections 341/323/504/506 IPC.

As per Sec.
320, CrPC, the person by whom offence under Sec.
341 IPC can be compounded is the person restrained or confined; the person by whom offence under Sec.
323 IPC can be compounded is the person to whom hurt is caused; the person by whom offence under Sec.
504 IPC can be compounded is the person insulted; and the person by whom offence under Sec.
506 IPC can be compounded is the person intimidated.
In the instant case, the person who can compound offences under sections 341/323/504/506 IPC is the complainant PW1 Makhna Devi.
As such, in regard to the compounding of offences under sections 341/323/504/506 IPC, separate statement of complainant Makhna Devi is recorded, and he is identified by the Naib Courty of this Court.
Separate statement of accused is also recorded and he is identified by his Ld.
Counsel.

Heard the Ld.
APP for the UT and Ld.
Counsel for the accused and perused the challan, instant application, aforementioned statements and material on record.
The Court is satisfied that the aforesaid statement has been made by the complainant voluntarily and without any fear, force, threat, inducement or coercion.
In the facts and circumstances, so as to meet the substantial ends of justice, and keeping in view the statements made today, arguments advanced and material on record, the offences under sections sections 341/323/504/506 IPC hereby stand compounded against the accused person.
Thus, the accused is hereby acquitted in the present case in light of the Case No.: Challan Case/478/2023 Page 3 of 3 compromise.
His bail and personal bonds stand discharged.
Case property seized, if any, be disposed of in accordance with law.

The challan is accordingly disposed of.
File be consigned to records after due compilation.
