The instant challan was taken up for hearing today i.e 08.10.2024.

At this juncture a joint application is presented by the Complainant and Accused person herein above for compromising/compounding the Offences U/S's 341, 352 and 323 IPC.

I have perused the 1st Scheduled of Cr.P.C and it is evident that offences U/Ss 341, 352 and 323 IPC are Page 2 of 2 compoundable and as such compounding is allowed.

Statements of parties i.e.

Complainant (who has been identified by the Prosecution) and accused alongwith his Ld.

Counsel are recorded separately and made part of the file.

The instant Challan as such is compounded U/S's 341, 352 and 323 IPC.

The offences against the Accused stands compounded and accordingly no further proceedings are imperative in the charge sheet at hand and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Accused are acquitted.

Liability under Bail bonds and surety bonds shall stand discharged.

Their bail and personal bonds shall stand cancelled.
