Counsel for the complainant filed an application seeking disposal of the above titled case in terms of compromise arrived between the parties.

It has been submitted in the application that the applicant/petitioner herein most humbly submits that due to the intervention of some respected members of her locality the petitioners and respondents have settled the dispute amicably and entered into a compromise with each other.

The applicant complainant does not want to drag the matter further hence the application is seeking withdrawal of the complaint with the leave of this court.

This court may be pleased to permit the applicant to withdraw the above titled complaint.

In this regard the statement of the Ld.

Counsel for the complainant has been recorded in the open court on the back of the said application, which is made part of the record. he record.

Accordingly, in view of the submissions made by the Ld.

Counsel for the complainant seeking disposal of the above titled case, the instant case is dismissed as withdrawn.

The instant case along-with all other ancillary applications is accordingly disposed off.

Interim directions if any passed by this court stands vacated forthwith.
