J.O.Code: JK-00111 O R D E R: This Court took the instant application on board today for proceedings & repeatedly called it several times during the day.

The Petitioner did not appear & he was not represented by any counsel or duly authorized agent.

The Record would show that the Petitioner has stayed absent & remained unrepresented in this Court in the instant application.

His continuous absence would persuade this Court to think that he may not be interested to prosecute or pursue the instant application any further.

This Court Page 2 cannot afford to retain the instant application on board for an indefinite period & await only the presence of the petitioner.

Doing so would result into wastage of the precious time of the Court.

This Court will instead utilize that time to conduct effective proceedings in other cases.

It would so think it proper to dismiss the instant application for the default of petitioner’s appearance.

The instant application stands dismissed.

Registry shall compile the file so disposed of and consign it to records.
