Interceding the proceedings of the case registered vide RC No.
04/2022/NIA/JMU for offences made punishable U/Ss.
17/18/20/38/39 of the UA(P) Act, 1967 and Section 25 (IAA) of the Arms Act, 1959, which is sub-judice, against him and ors., before this Court, the applicant, namely Ashaiq Hussain Hajam S/o Ghulam Ahmed Hajam R/o Village: Zohooma, Chadoora, District: Budgam J&K, has commenced the present application, with the prayer for getting him examined inter- alia on the grounds inter alia that he is afflicted with a serious kidney related ailment for which he requires immediate medical-care.

After considering the submissions made by the Ld.
Counsel for the accused and applying mind to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into greater details, directive is issued to Superintendent/Officer Incharge, District Jail: Jammu to get the accused, namely Ashaiq Hussain Hajam, examined by a Specialist, and submit the report regarding the condition of his Health to this Court at the earliest.
