I have also gone through the application and heard ld. counsel for complainant.
From the perusal of the contents of the application, it appears that the complainant has levelled serious allegations against the nonapplicant.
The same, therefore, deserves to be verified and investigated with in three months.
Sr.S.P Anti corruption Bureau, Jammu shall after verification of the allegations made in the application, proceed in accordance with law.
