ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT 1 Perused the papers on record.
The Head Constable of GUVNL Police Station, Bhavnagar has produced the pursis vide Ex.2 and declared that the concerned person in this case deposited the amount towards the theft of electricity along with compounding charges.
Hence, in view of the Provisions of Section 152 of Electricity Act 2003, the prosecution has sought to withdraw the case and disposed.
Hence, in view of the pursis filed by the Head Constable of GUVNL Police Station, Bhavnagar, the present case stands disposed of accordingly.
The concerned to be intimated accordingly.
