GUPTA, MEMBER For the Petitioner : Mr.Rajeev Kumar, Advocate (in all the RPs) For the Respondent : Mr.Manish Singhvi, Advocate (in all RPs) Dated : 05 Jan 2016 ORDER We are happy to note that with the active intervention of learned counsel appearing for the parties, both the parties have agreed to arrive at an amicable settlement of the dispute, subject-matter of the Complaint, giving rise to the present Revision Petitions.
It is agreed that the Petitioner Company shall pay to each of the Complainants, the Respondents herein, 60% of the principal amount claimed as compensation in each of the Complaints.
The said amount shall be paid by means of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of each of the Respondents within four weeks from today.
On receipt of the said amount, all the disputes between the parties, subject-matter of the Complaints, shall stand satisfied.
All the Revision Petitions as well as the Execution Petitions are disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs. ......................J D.K.
