After careful consideration of all the facts and circumstances of the case, IA/5022/2026 is allowed and CC/118/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

IA/5022/2026 has been filed for withdrawal of the complaint in question.
IA is accompanied by an affidavit of Mr.
Apurba Mandal, who is listed as complainant no.
1 in the amended memo of parties.
In the said affidavit, Mr.
Apurba Mandal has stated that he is having power of attorney on behalf of the other complainants to represent them in this matter.
A copy of the special power of attorney has been attached as annexure A-l to the said affidavit.
However, on perusal of the said document, it appears that it is neither registered nor on appropriate stamp paper, hence at the most it may constitute a routine authority letter.
