Party: Dated : 21 Jul 2015 ORDER In the result the complaint is partly allowed with the following terms:- 1.
The Opposite Party No.1 and 2 shall pay the Complainant jointly and severally a sum of Rs.16,500/- (Rupees sixteen thousand five hundred only) with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of theft i.e., 06-10-2014 till the date of payment.
2.
The Opposite Party No.1 and 2 shall pay the Complainant jointly and severally a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) towards compensation and Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) towards costs.
Time for compliance is Thirty (30) days only.
