No.02 of 2025 which is an application filed on behalf of legal representative of the deceased Respondent No.2 seeking to substitute Respondent No.2.

It is submitted in the said application that the deceased Respondent No.2 has left the following legal heirs, who are already Respondents in the instant MAC App.135/2024/(Filing No.) viz.; Dal Bahadur Thapa already arrayed as Respondent No.1; Rajen Thapa arrayed as Respondent No.3; Bindiya Thapa arrayed as Respondent No.4; and Sabin Thapa arrayed as Respondent No.5.

In view of the fact that, Respondent No.2 has no other legal heirs and successors, as stated in I.A.

No.02 of 2025, duly supported by an Affidavit, Learned Counsel for the Applicant has no objection to the prayer for substitution.

The Respondents named hereinabove, will be representing the deceased Respondent No.2.
