ORDER Heard on I.A.
No.01 of 2024, which is an application filed by the Applicant seeking condonation of the delay of one day in filing the instant Revision Petition.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection to the said Petition.
In view of the no objection, the delay of one day is condoned and I.A.
No.01 of 2024 disposed of accordingly.
Register the Criminal Revision Petition.
After hearing Learned Counsel for the parties for some time it is mutually agreed between them that the matter be forwarded for Mediation.
It is also agreed between the parties that Mr.
S.
Hamal, Learned Senior Advocate and trained Mediator be appointed as the Mediator in this matter.
The matter is accordingly forwarded to the Mediation Centre, at Gangtok.
The Sikkim State Legal Services Authority shall inform Mr.
Hamal, that he has been appointed as Mediator.
The parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre as and when summons are issued to them.
Sikkim State Legal Services Authority shall take appropriate steps.
