O R D E R The Petitioner is present in person.

He submits that he seeks to withdraw the Petition but seeks leave of this Court to file afresh.

Learned Additional Advocate General for the State- Respondents submits that liberty sought may not be granted.

I have considered the submissions.

The matter was initially filed on 13th November, 2020, after which the matter has been pending before this Court and on several dates the matter has been adjourned by the Counsel for the Petitioner evidently on instructions.

The Court has granted indulgence to the Petitioner, despite which for two years the matter is before this Court without progress.

In such circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner seeking to withdraw the Writ Petition is allowed, however, liberty to file afresh cannot be and is not granted.

Writ Petition disposed of as withdrawn.

Pending Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
