Agnihotri, CJ The instant petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for regularization of the petitioner in the post of Supervisor.
Additionally, it was also prayed that a direction be issued to the respondents to stop seeking un-married certificate for any purpose.
The principal relief sought in the petition is regularization of her services in the post of Supervisor.
The second relief is all-pervasive without specifying any particular cause of action, which cannot be considered at this stage.
The petitioner is at liberty to raise the issue as and when occasion arises. on arises.
The State Government, vide office order dated 30th May 2018, has regularized the services of the petitioner as Junior Supervisor under the BAC Soreng, Rural Management and Development Department, thus, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication.
3 The petition has become infructuous and, accordingly, it is disposed of.
