However, in the present case, the FIR was registered on 14.12.2017 and as per the learned State counsel, challan was presented on 02.04.2019.

As per her, out of total 52 witnesses, only 6 witnesses have been examined so far and the next date of hearing is fixed before the trial Court on 07.12.2023.

Consequently, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial proceedings and to conclude the trial as early as possible.
