Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail in:- FIR No.
Dated Police Station Sections 136 28.10.2021 Sadar Rajpura, District Patiala 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B, IPC 2.
Upon instructions, State counsel submits that pursuant to interim order dated 09.08.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation.
Still further, he submits that the petitioner is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, but without commenting upon the merits of the allegations, petition is allowed.
Order dated 09.08.2023 is made absolute subject to satisfaction of conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
